What is Paint From Your Soul™?
Paint From Your Soul™ takes women on a transformational art journey combining archetypal wisdom and the spiritual side of art-making.
It's deeper than any art class because the focus is on how art can reflect who you really are while an art class focuses on teaching techniques.
This is a💫 live event 💫.Not a series of pre-recorded videos. This is a very interactive process with like-hearted women.
Even though Paint From Your Soul™ was designed by an art therapist, it's not therapy. The focus is on using art as a self reflective tool that takes you on a journey. There are 7 steps in the Paint From Your Soul™ framework that encourage you to build up layers of paint and infuse meaning in it so that your painting is authentic and represents the journey you went on to create it.
In-person events are held monthly in Eugene, Oregon. About 1 hour south of Salem and 1 hour north of Roseburg.
